The house is situated in a third of an acre of grassed garden - ideal for sitting out, playing games, or even sunbathing - weather permitting! There is also a large garage available for use. The sandy beach is only a quarter of a mile away. The house, garden and Opinan are all suitable for children to play safely. The house itself is fully equipped with a cot, highchair, booster seat and even a pot! A simple Welcome Pack will be in the house on arrival with bread , milk, butter, coffee, tea and maybe even a chocolate or two! Pets are welcome by arrangement. Opinan is a crofting township and there are sheep and lambs which dogs must be kept away from but with good sense and courtesy there will be no problem. Living Room Within this comfortably furnished large living room, there is a TV, VCR, CD player and radio. The room, like all the house, is heated by radiators from a gas central heating system. There is also the feature of a Living Flame Gas Fire (with fireguard if required). The picture window has a magnificent view over the sea to Skye.
Bedrooms There are three bedrooms, one king-size (bedroom 1), one double (bedroom 2), and one twin room (bedroom 3). The twin room has a 'Guest Weekender' additional bed which can be used as a third single bed for a child. All towels and bedding are provided and fitted prior to arrival.
Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 Bathroom There is a bathroom with bath and shower, as well as a second, separate WC.
Kitchen The recently refitted kitchen-diner is fully equipped with an electric cooker and gas hob, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, giving you the comfort and convenience of home. A simple Welcome Pack will be in the house on arrival with bread, milk, butter, coffee, tea and maybe even a chocolate or two!
